Grade 12 in any stream with minimum 60% or higher from a recognised institution. Specific subject requirement : 60% or above in each subject and Math as well. BA LLB students can apply provided they had Maths Background with 60% or above. A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is mandatory. Grade 10 Math with minimum 60% required.

Please Note: THIS PROGRAM IS ELIGIBLE FOR PGWP. The application fee waiver is available only for students from India and Nepal. The application fee payment cannot be made through Credit card. It is advised that the student should make the application fee payment through Western Union post receiving the Student ID from the college. Please Note - IELTS - Overall 6.0 with no band less than 6.0 accepted. Students with a writing band of 5.5 are required to complete English 099 with a "C" grade or higher in their initial semester. TOEFL -overall score of 78 or higher, with Speaking (19), Listening (19), Reading (18), Writing (23). Students with a writing band below 28 are required to complete English 099 with a C" grade or higher in their initial semester. Fort Nelson and Chetwynd offerings are available for this program, but students at these locations must consult with the Program Chair before enrolling in the program to ensure course availability.
