The biological area can be defined as e.g. Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Physiology. The medical area is here defined as Biomedicine but can also include subjects like Pharmacology.
IELTS/TOEFL/PTE is a mandatory requirement. TOEFL overall required score is 90 with no band less than 20 in Writing and PTE overall required score is 62 with no band less than 61 in writing. Students from Sri Lanka with an 'F' grade in English at GCE A-Level must provide an English test scorecard; IELTS/TOEFL waiver is not possible.
