Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS credits or 3-year degree) with minimum 60% in linguistics, applied language studies, European languages/foreign languages, modern philology, translation, culture, history, international relations or other branches of the social sciences and humanities from a recognised university. French and/or German language with C1 level is a mandatory requirement.
The application fee of € 100 will cover applications submitted through Studyinfo.fi, allowing applicants to apply for multiple programs, upto a maximum of 6 programs. This Joint Master's program, the programme is of 120 ECTS in total. Students are required to spend between 30 and 90 ECTS credits at one or more universities in the EC2U Alliance in addition to University of Turku. The one needs to agree to spend two or three semesters at one of the universities mentioned on the website. Note that you can spend no more than two semesters at one university. Student will be awarded with double or triple master's degree, depending on the number of universities where he/she will conduct studies (minimum 30 ECTS).
