Grade 12 with minimum overall of 60% or higher, with no marks below 50% in each academic subjects. Accepted applicants will be required to provide evidence of the following prior to entering the clinical component of the program: Food Safe Level 1, Professional Assault Response Training (PART), Standard First Aid and CPR Heartsaver ‘C’ AED or equivalent, Transfer, Lift, Repositioning (TLR), WHMIS 2015, Respiratory FIT test, A current criminal record check and vulnerable sector check, Current immunization records.
