Grade 12 with minimum 50% or higher. Specific subject requirement : Grade 12 English (60%). Additional requirements : Completed HCA program application form, A completed computer knowledge self-assessment form. And, Three completed personal references from counsellors, employers, instructors, or supervisors. International students must submit a clear police certificate from the country of origin prior to acceptance given that HCA students provide care to vulnerable clients within the practice education portion of the program.
