Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (completed in at least three years) and its equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Food Safety, Sustainability or its equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering or a closely related discipline with minimum 60%.

As part of the curriculum, students undertake a 4-month internship and complete a Master’s thesis writing to qualify for graduation. APS is mandatory.
