Grade 12 with minimum 50% or higher from a recognised institution. Grade 12 English and Grade 10 Math (Grade 10 pass grade and above is acceptable). Other Requirements: Completion of the Immunization - Communicable Disease Form is a mandatory condition for the applicant's clinical/practical placement. THIS FORM IS APPLICANT'S RESPONSIBILITY. A recent Police Record Check including the Vulnerable Sector Screening is an agency requirement and is MANDATORY to begin any unpaid placement for this Program.

Please Note : THIS PROGRAM IS ELIGIBLE FOR PGWP. IELTS overall 6.0 with no more than two bands 5.5 will be accepted. Duolingo is accepted only for onshore students with an overall score of 110 with no subscore less than 85.
