2:1 honours degree in architecture/architectural studies from a UK degree programme which is accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Architects Registration Board (ARB), or the Malaysian accredited LAM (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia) Architecture Degree; or a degree in architecture/architectural studies from a university overseas.
NOTE: English Language Waiver is NOT available for Functional English AND Standard XII English and Higher Secondary English (HSC) from Punjab, Gujarat or Haryana states. IELTS: At least 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each subskill. (Old) TOEFL: At least 88 overall with a minimum of 17 for writing, 17 for listening, 18 for reading, and 20 for speaking.
