Minimum 60% in 4 years Bachelor's Degree or 3 years Bachelor's + 2 years Master's degree in Engineering/Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics at least 15 credits or Energy Technology at least 15 credits and 7.5 credits in Electrical Engineering or 7.5 credits in Electric Power Engineering or equivalent, Mathematics at least 15 credits including Calculus 1, 7,5 credits and Linear algebra or equivalent. English B/6 or the equivalent.

IELTS/TOEFL/PTE is a mandatory requirement. TOEFL overall required score is 90 with no band less than 20 in Writing, and PTE overall required score is 62 with no band less than 61 in Writing. Students from Sri Lanka with an 'F' grade in English at GCE A-Level must provide an English test scorecard; IELTS/TOEFL waiver is not possible. Application Period for Aug. 2026 intake is 16th Oct. 2025 to 15th Jan. 2026.
