A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, OR a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with minimum 60% or higher in computer science, electromechanical, environmental engineering, building science, sustainability, architecture, or other equivalent field of study. Applicants without the required educational background may be considered with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, supported by a resume and references (e.g., experience in building/facility operations, HVAC controls, cybersecurity, civil/mechanical/energy systems engineering, or construction management).

NOTE : THIS PROGRAM IS ELIGIBLE FOR PGWP. Duolingo overall score 120 with minimum score of 100 in production. Regarding backlogs : No more than 6 backlogs in a 3-year degree and no more than 8 backlogs in a 4-year degree. GBC will not accept study gaps of more than 5 years.
