Grade 12 with minimum 60% or higher. Grade 12 English with a minimum grade of 60%. Completion of the Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Certificate is mandatory for admission to the PCP program. Students may complete the EMR at JIBC or submit proof of an equivalent course; applicants located abroad must provide sufficient documentation for equivalency review, as PCP offers cannot be issued and conditional acceptance is not available until the EMR requirement is met.

Please Note: THIS PROGRAM IS ELIGIBLE FOR PGWP. PTE: 58 overall, minimum of 48 in Listening; 53 in Reading; 46 in Speaking; and 62 in Writing. Hybrid Study Mode Important Note: This program is offered in a hybrid format, allowing students to select online courses, with classes conducted on an alternating weekly basis—one week on campus and the following week through live, face-to-face online sessions. Students must be fully available between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, as attendance is mandatory for both on-campus and live online classes, and they must remain full-time and physically present in Canada to avoid any issues related to immigration regulations or PGWP eligibility.
