MA in International Relations - Specialization in China and the South-East and Central Asian region

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Human Science swith minimum 60% from a recognised instituition + Entrance Examination

B2 Level English is Required - MOI is Accepted. The entrance examination requires applicants to hold a BA or BSc (or equivalent) degree—preferably in social sciences, law, or economics—and demonstrate strong written and spoken English at B2 level or higher, or provide proof of studies completed in English. Candidates are evaluated out of 100 points: up to 40 points are awarded for their bachelor’s degree, up to 40 for their competency in international relations literature, and up to 20 for motivation and future plans. Applicants then complete a 20–30 minute online interview assessing their social science knowledge, research interests, motivation, commitment to international relations, and English proficiency, including questions on academic background, interests, goals, research focus, and career plans. Applicants who score at least 80 points in total are admitted to the MA programme.
