Except for the deposit, all fees will not be refunded or transferred for any reason(including application fee and duplicate payments). The deposit refund should be requested before 10 September 2026. The International Student Scholarship Application & Registration requires applicants to pay a total registration application fee of USD 9,000 under either the Full Scholarship or Accommodation Subsidy scheme. Scholarships are available only to international students, while applicants from Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China are not eligible. The total registration fee of USD 9,000 is payable in two installments: USD 4,500 upon application submission, followed by another USD 4,500 within 7 days after receiving the admission and tuition waiver confirmation. All payments must be made to the account designated by GCEEC. The registration fee is separate from tuition fees and cannot be deducted from tuition costs. If the applicant is not successfully admitted with the tuition waiver or if the scholarship application is unsuccessful, all fees paid will be fully refunded, ensuring no financial loss for the student. However, if the student is successfully admitted and granted the tuition waiver, all fees paid become strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, if a student withdraws after admission or decides not to enroll, the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
