Candidates who have successfully completed the HTMi Diploma and Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts with a minimum of 60% will be eligible for entry into the final year of the BSc (Hons) Degree, or may qualify with 2–3 years of culinary kitchen experience. Prior work experience of 1 year is required and may include work placements or internships.
Academic Study: 20 Weeks. Paid Internship in Switzerland or Worldwide (4-6 Months). Food and Accomodation will be CHF 2,500. Down payment for this program will be CHF 3,350.
