There are four pathways to enter the program. Each option takes into consideration applicants’ post-secondary education and work experience. Applicant must meet all the requirements in one of the options. Option 1: a construction-related diploma or degree (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Architecture & Building Technology) from a recognized institution with minimum 67% or higher. Work experience: minimum one year of experience working in the construction industry. Option 2 (unrelated diploma or degree): an unrelated diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with minimum 67% or higher.Work experience: minimum one year of experience working in the construction industry. Option 3 (unrelated diploma or degree and industry experience): an unrelated diploma or degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with minimum of 67%. Work experience: minimum eight years of North American construction management experience (i.e., site superintendent, project managers, and other mid- to senior-level management roles). Students can enter the program through a few different pathways; including related or unrelated degree or diploma programs, trade certification and through demonstrated work experience in the construction industry.
