3 or 4 Years bachelor's degree with minimum 63-65% in Environmental engineering, Transport/transportation engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic(s) engineering, Mechatronics/Mechatronical engineering, Software engineering, Industrial engineering, Financial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Management science/engineering, Manufacturing/production engineering, Operations engineering, Supply chain management/engineering, Systems engineering, Automotive engineering, Energy engineering, Production technology or Machine shop engineering, Renewable energy engineering, Robotics engineering, Applied engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data science, Cyber security, Information technology, Control engineering, Information Management from a recognised university. Or a BSc in Business in Industrial Management, Operations Management, Business Informatics or Informations Systems is suitable, but accepted applicants must complete supplementary studies in e.g. mathematics, physics in their MSc Tech degree as specified in the curriculum.

Country-specific minimum grade requirements are as follows: Nepal: 65-75%, Sri Lanka: 3.5/4, Pakistan: 70–72%, Bangladesh: 3.10-3.20 and Vietnam: 7-7.5/10. For this course, student needs to prioritize the following majors at the time of application: Industrial Systems Analytics or Industrial Management. English language test waiver is applicable if the Bachelor's, Master's, Licentiate, or Doctoral degree is in English language from Finland or another EU/EEA country or Australia, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Cameroon, Canada, Dominica, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Hong Kong, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sierra Leone, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States, Zambia or Zimbabwe).
